There is a persistent message bubble icon in the Frequently Asked Questions section of your app.  To get to Frequently asked questions, from the home page of your Rides app go to the bottom left menu (see image below), select Help, Frequently asked questions.  You will now see the message bubble icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.  To send us a message, click the icon, then click New conversation, type your message and hit send.  Please provide as much detail as possible.
